We process your data on the following bases: consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests where not overridden by your rights.
We share data only where necessary — with prospective clients (candidate data), reference contacts, DBS checking services, accountants or legal advisers, and HMRC or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing purposes.
