Every placement is supported after the start date. If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves within 42 calendar days of starting, we will make reasonable efforts to source a replacement, subject to our Terms of Business.

We process your data on the following bases: consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests where not overridden by your rights.
We share data only where necessary: with prospective clients (candidate data), reference contacts, accountants or legal advisers, service providers who help us receive and process website form submissions, and HMRC or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data for marketing purposes.
Candidates: up to 2 years from registration or last active engagement. Clients: 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year (HMRC requirement). Website visitors: anonymised analytics retained for up to 12 months.
